Bells and Whistles Fundraising
Chair:   Helpdesk
Description:   This committee is responsible for tracking the sales of the Paperless PTO Bells and Whistles fundraising program.
Sept 19 - Oct 10 - Fall Fundraiser
Chair:   Marsha Nelson

St. Ann Catholic School's Fall Fundraiser is Believe Kids Catalog Sale!  Many wonderful items to arrive just in time for the holidays.  There are great rewards and incentives!  All proceeds from this even will go towards purchasing new computers for the school.

Oct 26 - Fall Festival
Chair:   Kim Tobler & Amy Edwards

The Fall Festival is full of fun events from our haunted hall (hosted by the 8th grade), games, prizes, concessions, and music.  Our families enjoy a fun and safe environment for our kids to dress up for Halloween and celebrate the Fall season.

Nov 1 - 30 - Penny War
Chair:   Brent Wenthur

The Penny War fundraiser has students, parents, teachers, staff bring spare change to school for a set period of time, usually one-two weeks and deposit money into containers proveded to individual grades.  At the end of the collection period, the change is counted and monies used for SVO events and programs.

Dec 1 - Barnes & Noble Bookfair & Gift Wrapping
Chair:   Kim Tobler & Julie MacLean

The Barnes and Noble Book Sale is a fundraising opportunity provided to the local communities to conduct in-store gift wrapping to raise moneis for SACS.  Partial proceeds from sale of books, novelty itmes, and other merchandise during this time also go to the school and therefor, the chair needs to successfully advertise and encourage participation.

Catholic Schools week is the annual celebration of Catholic education.  We celebrate with Masses, actvitites for students, families, and parishioners and community members.  Through these events, we focus on the value Catholic education provides to young people and its contributions to our church and our communities.

Jan 31 - Altar Servers Recognition Lunch
Chair:   SVO

Catholic Schools Week: Altar Servers will receive a special lunch reconginizing them for their committinment to serving at mass.

March 11 - 15 - Scholastic Book Fair

May 6 - 10 - Teacher Appreciation Week

Celebrate our teachers!

Classroom Parent
Chair:   Julie MacLean

The Classroom Parent chair acts as a liasison between the faculty, homeroom parents, and SVO to relay information to the families of students.  The homeroom parent chair will communicate volunteer opportunities and interface on matters that arise during the year.  The chairperson will also provide direction related to homeroom parent activities and be an active part of Teacher Appreciation Week and Catholic Schools Week. 

Give Back Programs

Box Tops, Coca Cola Gives, AmazonSmile, and Together in Education (Harris Teeter), Office Depot and Publix

Chair:   Jennifer Harrington

The ShopwithScrip coordinator handles all Scrip communication and orders. They also promote Scrip through the SVO. In addition, the coordinator will coordinate pick up and disbursement of physical cards once a week.
